Joomla Module
Joomla templates are available, for free and for a charge, for developers and designers of website. These are distributed by websites of developers by individual developers. The template contains module positions. However, these module positions are occasionally not obvious or accessible.
You will find providers and developers of Joomla template who will provide you the module positions within their templates. Most of these can be found in the form of a graphical representation. But this is not always the case. This means that, once you have found the ideal template for your website, the module location of the template may not be available.
For that module location to be made available, you can go to the Joomla website. In the website, you access the admin area. Once you have accessed the admin area, clicking on the “Content Menu” and then the “Article Manager”. You choose New making a name for the article.
After giving a name for the article, access the “Menu” and judge “Main Menu”. Once you have done so, you will see “Select Food selection Type”. Under this, choose “Articles” after which “Article Layout”. In the item “Title”, type a unique name and then on “Select Article”, pick the article that you have just created, click “Select” after which “Save”.
You then proceed to the next step. You access “Extensions Menu” and then click “Module Manager”. After this, choose “New”, “Custom HTML” and then “Details”. About the left side of “Details”, choose “Position” pop up menu and click on the first item within the list. In the title, create the same name as the name within the position. Place this position name within the “Custom Output”. In “Menu Assignment”, set “Show Title” and “Enabled” to “Yes” after which choose the article page you have created. Click “Save”.
To access all of the positions under “Positions”, you repeat the step from Extensions Menu onward. Afterwards, you will see the modules you have created with the position name you have chosen to type. These make up the names of available positions inside your template.
In the front end, you will see the menu link, “Module Placements”. Here you will view the module position obtainable in the template.
These are the steps to view Joomla Module Position for every template. Not all of the positions can be made available since not all are necessarily utilized in the template. You can then choose which ones to add content for your website. Sneak in at http://joomlamodule.org/ for more details.
