The Kettle Bell Swing Positively Supplements Muscle Building!

Lets chat about the kettle bell swing - a very hard core exercise that will supplement muscle building throughout your entire bod! This workout will build muscle in your quads, gluts, core, back, chest, triceps and shoulders! It will get almost your whole bod and is incredibly hard core.

Before you can do this exercise, you will require a kettle bell, or a personally made piece of workout gear which can act as a kettle bell (subject of a yet to come video, or just check out ). If you are a male and in shape, I advise beginning with between 40-50 lbs. Women begin with between 10-20 lbs.

This is how you essentially do the routine:

1) Position your feet six to twelve ins wider than your shoulders. If you were watching a watch, you would like your feet pointing at two o'clock and 10 o'clock.

3) When you are ready to begin, pull the kettle bell backwards inbetween your legs. Thrust forward with your hips and raise the kettle bell approximately half way up, so your arms create a 45 degree angle with your bod.

4) Next, bring the kettle bell back inbetween your legs as you come back down into a squating action. Come forward all over again, forcibly thrusting your hips forward, this time letting the momentum to raise the kettle bell higher up, to ninety degrees, or arms directly in front of you.

5) Go on with this full range of movement for approximately 25 reps. Give yourself a few minute breather and complete a sum of 3 sets of approximately 25. You might desire to just perform two sets your first attempt.
